PLATFORMS
An AI writing assistant tailored to the organisation’s voice and guidelines, with human supervision embedded in the process.
The problem
Many current AI editorial tools generate text without context and without a deep understanding of the organisation’s positioning and communications requirements. What is produced reads well, but it does not reflect the organisation’s voice and does not resonate with its audiences. Teams end up spending longer fixing the text than they would have spent writing it. At a time where every communications choice matters, your organisation risks sounding like everyone else.
What it can do
Editorio is changing the game: it drafts content from a brief and from the organisation’s own material and strategic guidance. A series of features helps the user develop its content or simply refine what has already been written. When the draft is right and content already sits in one channel (e.g. a website article), the tool can repurpose it to whichever channel is needed.
It is not here to replace the role and expertise of communications professionals: it exists to support the constraints and challenges they are facing.
Under the hood
From your own documents to a text your team has reviewed change by change
01
Set the topic, the audience, the tone and the type of content, so the draft starts on your own terms and objectives.
02
Editorio can write from the organisation’s reference documents, its previous campaigns and its evidence, so the first version takes into consideration what is important to you.
03
The original and the refined version sit side by side, with each suggested change presented on its own for a person to accept or leave. Several features help you review and refine your content.
04
The agreed draft or an existing piece of content can be repurposed into a press release, a LinkedIn post, spokesperson remarks or whatever else is needed, with the substance unchanged.
