We designed and implemented trainings for more than 250 IOM staff.

As part of IOM’s global efforts to institutionalize Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP), one of our lead consultants led the delivery of the IOM AAP Blended Training Certification Package across multiple field missions. 

The training series combined self-paced learning with live virtual facilitation, interactive exercises, and practical assignments designed to help participants apply AAP principles in their operational contexts. Over the course of three months, the consultant conducted nine tailored training cycles, provided one-on-one replication support to country teams, and documented best practices and lessons learned. 

Her dynamic facilitation style, participatory methods, and follow-up coaching significantly strengthened institutional capacity across field offices, contributing to the mainstreaming of AAP in crisis settings.
